A Canada Atlantic Transit Company ship loading iron ore at Depot Harbour. The CATC was owned by J.R. Booth, who also owned the railway that led to Depot Harbour. The Company's ships were uniformly painted with black hulls, white houses, and yellow stacks with black tops. The steamer "Emma" is at right. |
