The "Keersarge"

Description: The "Keersarge," "Canataco," "Dalwarnic," "Ottawa," " Arthur Orr," "George N Orr" and the "Scranton" regularly stopped in Depot Harbour to collect and drop off goods. The ships, owned by the Canada Atlantic Transit Company, were uniformly painted, with black hulls, white houses, and yellow stacks with black tops. The "Keersarge" is docked at the warehouses across the harbour from the elevators.
