| Description: |
This is a tumbling dam with a bridge in the centre. Dams were built for use in the summer. When rivers started to get too low, leaving sawlogs stranded on shores, water was stored behind the dams and periodically released. Logs were then able to continue to float down river. Barren land that has been logged is seen at centre-left. |
