| Description: |
Dressed lumber is stacked along the shoreline of each lumber company. Ships would arrive from places such as Cleveland, Chicago, Toronto, and as far away as England to collect the lumber. Wagons on the tramway at left were used to move the lumber, and the hoists at left lifted the wood onto the piles. |
