| Description: | The Canada Atlantic Railway was formerly known as the Ottawa, Arnprior and Parry Sound Railway. J.R. Booth chose Depot Harbour as the terminus for his rail line leading from his timber limits to Ottawa. Trains would bring goods from the east to ship west, and ships would bring goods from the west to transport east. |
