The Resources for Business Guide 2010 has been customized to reflect the specific resources available at the Parry Sound library for business needs. New early literacy computer stations are up and running. Check out the Kids' Corner for computer games that are not only educational, but loads of fun as well!
Training is available to patrons interested in submitting their own interlibrary loan requests through the VDX system. Ask staff for more details.
The Pedometer Lending Program is available at the Parry Sound Public Library. Use your card to borrow a pedometer for three weeks with the option to renew. The pedometer is a step counter and measures the number of steps you take while wearing it and encourages an increase in your physical activity. The Pedometer Lending Program is supported by local libraries, the Take Heart Partnership and the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit.
